Packaging is divided into two options for the breakable items:
Sprint’s Packaging
The product is well wrapped with air bubbles and foam, then placed in the appropriate box size with a Fragile Sticker placed on it.
Client Packaging
The packaging needs to be done in carton boxes, after wrapping the product with air bubbles, filling empty spaces with foam, and then placing a Fragile Sticker.
Note for the carton boxes, they must be of a solid nature and consist of three layers at least in order to protect the product.
Packaging Responsibility
The Clients are responsible for the packaging they implemented and also in case of not requesting the Packaging service.
Compensation Strategy
The Clients get compensated for the shipments that were damaged as a result of the packaging carried out by themselves in the amount of 200 EGP and that is according to the regulations of the Egyptian Post.
Compensation is for the value of shipping or sending once for free according to the customer’s desire in case of delay in the agreed date for delivery.
